Returns & Exchanges

At The Chesterfield Brand, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your leather goods, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the leather products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent any damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
